Refunds and cancellation

Free trial

Every new site is free for the trial period, with no card needed. You are not charged unless you choose a plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel a plan at any time from Your sites → Plan. No further payments are taken. Your site stays online until the end of the month or year you have already paid for, and is then paused. Nothing is deleted when a site is paused.

If you subscribed during your free trial and cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken at all.

Refunds

• First payment: if you are not happy, ask within 7 days of the first payment for a site and we will refund it in full.
• Renewals: renewal payments are not refunded, and we do not refund part of a month or year. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next payment.
• Mistakes: if you were charged twice or in error, tell us and we will refund the extra payment.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days.

Write to us through Help in your console or the contact page, with your site's address and the invoice number.
